Any service provided by Dream Time Tots is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below which come into effect at the time of booking. Please note, the terms and conditions can be changed without notice and any updates will be placed on this page.
The consultation process
Once a package has been purchased, the preliminary questionnaire will be available to download and contact will be made within two working days to agree a consultation date. Consultations will be booked in as soon as possible however this does depend on current availability.
Preliminary Evaluation & Sleep/Food Diary
For all packages, it is essential to complete and send the preliminary questionnaire via email to prior to the date of the consultation. If this has not been received, the consultation will be postponed until this has been completed.
The consultation will include a discussion based on the preliminary questionnaire, advice that can be implemented immediately and both short and long term recommendations.
Contact will be made by Dream Time Tots on the date and time initially agreed for the consutlation. Three attempts will be made if there is no answer. The consultation will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time if no contact can be made.
Sleep plans are a personalised, detailed written document based on the consultation and will be sent via email as a PDF document within two working days of the consultation.
Follow Up Support
If the package selected includes follow up support, this will commence on the day after the sleep plan has been sent via email. All follow up support is to be initiated by the client. Email support is provided between the hours of 9am and 9pm 6 days a week (excluding Sundays). Emails will be responded to within 24 hours, within the working hours. Follow up telephone calls will be arranged at a mutually convenient time once the sleep plan has been received.
A tool to log sleep patterns will be provided along with the sleep plan in order to track progress, identify any patterns and pick up any issues that may arise. There is no time frame on when results should be seen, this varies from one family to another. Due to the nature of the service, guarantee cannot be provided however, results are best shown and heavily reliant on consistency, perseverance and dedication from the client.
In order to book services, payment is to be made via the shop of the Dream Time Tots website or by direct bank transfer. Payment is required before services will be provided.
A full refund will be provided if services are cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, 50% of the fee will be refunded. Services cancelled on the day of the consultation are non-refundable.
If a consultation has taken place and the client decides they no longer wish to continue with the services, Dream Time Tots is under no obligation to offer a refund.
Refunds are not offered based on results of services provided.
Confidentiality and Safeguarding
All correspondence that takes place is confidential and will not be shared with anyone without the permission of the client however if there are any concerns around child welfare, this information may need to be passed on to appropriate authorities. This will always be discussed with the client in the first instance.
